Johnny Knatt, RCC, is an accomplished Senior Manager, with a consistent history of achievement, in the spectrum of core skills related to Human Resource Management. He has demonstrated the ability to be a strong “Business Partner,” with effective collaborative and intervention abilities. Johnny has obtained Diverse leadership experiences in Organization Development, Staffing, Employee Relations, Training, Sales, and Manufacturing Management.

His successes have been enhanced by strong planning, problem solving skills, and the ability to orchestrate complex situations, with tenacity and decisiveness. He has been recognized by his peers and Management for leadership, communication, relationship skills, and a passion for team building; thus enhancing employee productivity, and organizational performance.

Johnny’s career with Procter & Gamble has strategically provided him with multi-faceted experiences in various environments including: Production management, Quality Control, Product Distribution, Logistics, Customer Service, Sales, and Human Resources. His exceptional ability to build trust based relationships is the foundation of his success.

Johnny is a graduate of Southern University, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management. Since that time he has obtained certification in HR, Employment Law, Total Quality, and Managing Inclusion, DiSC Train the Trainer, Registered Corporate Coach, and Paired Consultations. He is also a member of SHRM National and SHRM-Atlanta. His community involvement includes the commitment of mentoring three minority elementary students in Forsyth County, and is an active member of the Kiwanis Club of Historic Roswell.
